Hillcrest Golf Club
A public, reservation-based 18-hole course in Sun City West with a genuine senior/LPGA professional tournament history (five Senior PGA Tour events, two LPGA events, including the MONY Arizona Classic 1984-1988), included as a destination-exception rather than a barrier-to-entry anchor since it offers no membership or resident-access program today.

What to Independently Verify
Hillcrest offers no special access to Sun City West residents or anyone else -- it is booked like an ordinary public course (GolfNow/ForeTee tee times). Its inclusion here rests entirely on documented tournament-host history, not on any current private-access structure; a golf-oriented buyer should not expect membership perks or bundled access from this course. The MONY Arizona Classic/Senior PGA Tour and LPGA host claims were found via search-engine synthesis referencing Wikipedia and PGA.com but the underlying Wikipedia article could not be directly fetched this session (network egress restriction) to confirm its own text independently names this specific Sun City West course rather than a different Hillcrest -- treat this tournament history as researched-but-not-independently-confirmed and verify against a primary tournament-history source before publishing it as fact.
