Hot Springs Country Club

Hot Springs Country Club, founded 1897/98, is one of the oldest golf clubs west of the Mississippi River, in Hot Springs proper (Garland County) -- distinct from Hot Springs Village. It operates two 18-hole courses today (Arlington and Park); a former third, 9-hole course (Pineview) is listed closed. The club is semi-private, and Arlington Park, a named gated golf-front subdivision, sits directly adjacent to it along Country Club Drive.

What to Independently Verify

No source found confirms that buying in Arlington Park (or any other nearby home) includes or requires Hot Springs Country Club membership -- treat membership as a separate application, available but not automatic, consistent with the club's own 'semi-private' framing. Current initiation fees, dues, and membership categories were not confirmed from the club's own site during this research pass; a third-party estimator's figures carry an explicit disclaimer against reliance and were not used.
