What to Independently Verify
This research found real homes along the club's fairways and a subdivision (Country Club Heights) described as sitting 'just around the corner' from the club, but could not confirm whether the club has a formal residential-bundling relationship with any specific subdivision, or whether homeownership near the club has any bearing on membership approval. Treat any 'fairway home' real-estate marketing near Jonesboro Country Club as proximity, not confirmed access, until verified directly with the club.
