What to Independently Verify
Club membership at Pinnacle is confirmed available to homeowners both inside and outside The Pinnacle Neighborhood's gates -- living in the neighborhood does not automatically include membership, and membership does not require living in the neighborhood. Confirm current initiation fees and dues directly with the club; the only figures found in this research came from a third-party aggregator, not the club's own published schedule.
