Round Hill Country Club
A private 18-hole club in Alamo, originally founded in 1959 as a combined golf-and-luxury-housing development. Today, per the Round Hill Property Owners Association's own description, the POA is a separate and distinct entity from the club -- membership is not bundled to surrounding homes despite the historical joint origin.

Living in these communities does not automatically grant golf membership unless noted below — confirm access directly with the club.
What to Independently Verify
Do not assume homes in the Round Hill/Roundhill neighborhood (Roundhill Oaks, Windsor Green, Regina Woods) include or improve access to club membership -- the club and the Round Hill Property Owners Association are explicitly confirmed as separate governance structures today, despite the community's 1959 origin as a combined golf-and-housing project. Verify club fee and access details directly.
