Flying Horse is northern Colorado Springs' answer to a purpose-built golf-residential development: a gated, master-planned community organized entirely around The Club at Flying Horse's two 18-hole private courses, with a K-12 academic campus built into the community itself. Rather than one uniform product, Flying Horse spans a real range -- The Village of Turin starts in the $700s, The Village of Madonie starts in the millions, and Flying Horse North offers custom 2.5-to-5-acre homesites -- which lets buyers choose a price point within the same golf-anchored community rather than being sorted into it by a single home type.

Golf access here works differently than at Colorado Springs' older resort-model clubs: membership (Social, Full Golf, or Signature Golf tiers) is a documented, purchasable product with its own initiation fee and monthly dues, sold separately from any home and, per the club's own marketing, available even to buyers who do not live in Flying Horse at all. The one partial exception is Flying Horse North, where lot purchasers are marketed 'exclusive Signature Golf Memberships' -- though whether that means the membership is included with the homesite or merely made available to homesite owners was not something this research could confirm with certainty.

Golf Access

Does buying a home here include club membership?

Buying a home here does not automatically guarantee golf membership unless stated below — confirm access directly with each club.

Buying a home in Flying Horse's general villages (Turin, Madonie) does not include golf club membership; it must be purchased separately. See the separate Flying Horse North community record for a distinct, more tightly golf-linked homesite product.
