Cordillera
Cordillera is a roughly 7,000-acre golf-and-mountain-lifestyle community above Edwards, organized around The Club at Cordillera's three courses (Valley, Mountain, Summit) plus a separately CPOA-owned 9-hole Short Course. It survived a major ownership/litigation crisis (2011-2012) before Troon purchased The Club outright in December 2024.
