Singletree
Singletree is the Edwards neighborhood built around what was originally Singletree Golf Club (opened 1980), now branded Sonnenalp Golf Club. Singletree residents retain a documented resident-priority access tier to play the course.

What to Independently Verify
The resident-priority tier is a real, documented access benefit, but it is not the same as Sonnenalp Club membership -- confirm the exact current terms (any fee, booking-window priority, etc.) directly with Sonnenalp Golf Club before relying on it.
