Available sources report the community's ultimate home count inconsistently — one source describes 125 new-construction homes, another describes 146 total units at full build-out across a fourth phase — a discrepancy worth confirming directly with Del Webb rather than treating either figure as settled.

As with every phase of Oxford Greens, golf access is public and optional rather than bundled: Fairview residents may purchase an annual priority-access pass for discounted greens fees and priority tee times, but nothing about buying a Fairview home includes club membership.
