What to Independently Verify
Golf access is NOT automatically bundled with home purchase -- only the non-golf Lifestyle membership is mandatory. A separate Premier Golf Membership with its own initiation fee and dues must be purchased (per sources reviewed, within 30 days of closing) to use the golf course. Confirm current pricing directly, as tiers may vary by home type/phase. Confirmed guard-gated community (multiple real-estate/developer sources).
