Golf and full club membership (no golf initiation fee) is bundled with home purchase; the 18-hole Gordon Lewis course was redesigned in 2015 by architect Kipp Schulties. The clubhouse includes tennis, a geothermally heated pool/spa, and a 1.7-mile walking/biking loop. Residents may separately join The Commons Club for private beach access on Little Hickory Island.
