Thinking About Living in Innisbrook Resort?
Get connected with a local real-estate specialist who understands Innisbrook Resort and the surrounding Clearwater / St. Petersburg golf market.
Innisbrook Resort's Copperhead Course has hosted the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship every year since 2000, making this Palm Harbor property one of Florida's few residentially integrated golf destinations with a standing annual PGA Tour date. The 1,000-acre, 24-hour-gated resort was built out in 1970 with four Lawrence Packard-designed courses and today operates under Salamander Hotels & Resorts.
Its on-site condominiums and villas are individually owned, and owners may place a unit in an optional rental-pool program -- but per the resort's own 2025 program guidelines, owning a unit does not by itself include golf, tennis, or pool access. A separate, non-equity resort membership (a Rental Pool-Full Golf Membership, reported at a $17,500-plus-tax initiation fee and $352-plus-tax monthly dues in 2025) is required even for owners who want to use the courses their own property overlooks.
