What to Independently Verify
Verify HOA fees, gated status, housing-type mix, and any golf-membership bundling directly with the community's official site or HOA before publishing pricing claims; none of these were confirmed this session. The community's own HOA FAQ confirms golf membership is not included in HOA dues and the course is open to residents and non-residents alike; a community pool IS covered by HOA dues, and golf carts are permitted community-wide.
