What to Independently Verify
Membership is by invitation and pricing is not published; confirm current initiation/dues directly with the club, not secondary directories. Research this session found that membership is required of initial home-site/residence buyers as a condition of purchase from the developer, and that the Sports Membership category specifically is only available to owners of a residence or home site in the community -- the basis for correcting membership_required_for_homeowners and membership_tied_to_property from "unknown" to "yes". It is not fully clear whether this holds for resale buyers as strictly as for original purchasers, or whether the Full Membership category has the same ownership tie as Sports; confirm directly with the club. Membership is reported capped around 200.
