Communities Near Naples Lakes Country Club
Living in these communities does not automatically grant golf membership unless noted below — confirm access directly with the club.
What to Independently Verify
Confirm current annual dues and any transfer/capital fees directly with the club; the course was Palmer's last approved renovation before his death, which is a notable resale/marketing point but should be independently verified for any specific claims made by a listing agent. Some third-party listing aggregators mention "private beach access" among community amenities; this could not be independently confirmed given the community's inland South Naples location and is not included as a verified amenity here.
