Communities Near Pelican Marsh Golf Club
Living in these communities does not automatically grant golf membership unless noted below — confirm access directly with the club.
What to Independently Verify
Confirm current initiation fee and dues directly with the club (not published in sources reviewed); residency does not guarantee golf access given the waitlist. Sources disagree on the course's opening year (some cite 1994, others 2012 following a redesign) -- this discrepancy was not resolved this session.
