Access is non-equity and application-based: Watersound Club's own FAQ confirms two membership levels (Lifestyle and Beach & Sport) with no mention of an ownership/equity stake, consistent with a non-equity classification. Critically, the Beach & Sport tier -- the one open to Watersound Camp Creek property owners -- does NOT include Shark's Tooth golf access; only the separately-applied-for Lifestyle membership does. Do not assume any property purchase (in Wild Heron or elsewhere in the Watersound system) includes golf access. Initiation fee, dues, and current waitlist status are not published and were not found this session.
