What to Independently Verify
Membership fee figures conflict between sources (bond/capital-payment structure vs. an aggregate directory-reported range) -- verify current, exact figures directly with the club. The club/course itself is confirmed as not a gated community (per PGA.com's course directory listing), though individual residences may have their own privacy/access arrangements. Residential community details (specific subdivision names, housing types, HOA) were not independently confirmed this session.
