Arcola Country Club
Founded 1909 as Paramus Golf Club, renamed Arcola Country Club in 1916 (after the Battle of Arcole). Herbert Haydn Barker's original design was altered in 1930 for Route 4 and redesigned in 1950 by Robert Trent Jones Sr. following Garden State Parkway construction. Members-only club of roughly 300 families; hosted the 2022 U.S. Amateur Stroke Play Championship.
