What to Independently Verify
This club sits in Cabarrus County, not Mecklenburg -- it is a Charlotte-metro suburb (Concord) rather than the urban core. A residential neighborhood carrying the club's own name surrounds the course (with its own community-association website), but no evidence of a formal, mandatory club-HOA bundling relationship was found -- treat as a standalone private club option and confirm current fees and any resident arrangement directly.
