The Palisades HOA's own 'Private Resident's Club' (fitness/pool/pickleball/basketball) is separate from golf club membership at The Palisades Country Club -- confirm which is included in HOA dues and which requires a separate paid membership. The Palisades overall is not uniformly gated, but it does include specific gated sub-neighborhoods (e.g. Bear Creek, Ashton Oaks) -- do not assume the whole master-planned community is gated, and confirm the specific section.
