What to Independently Verify
McConnell Golf's broader portfolio model is understood industry-wide to be private, non-equity, multi-club-access membership, but this was not independently confirmed for Brook Valley specifically this session -- access_type is left 'unknown' rather than assumed. Initiation fee and dues figures above come from a third-party aggregator (privateIQ), not the club's own rate sheet, and should be treated as approximate; the club's own membership page could not be fetched this session (tool access to brookvalleycc.com was blocked). No bundled residential-community relationship was identified -- this is a freestanding club, not the amenity of a specific housing development.
