What to Independently Verify
RESOLVED THIS PASS: prior discovery could not find evidence of residential relevance and flagged this club as possibly not qualifying. Live WebSearch this pass found that Zillow independently tags a 'Lubbock Country Club Neighborhood' (764 homes for sale at time of search) and HAR.com describes homes 'in the vicinity of the Lubbock Country Club golf course' ranging $200K-$700K with golf-course views as a selling point -- real, portal-recognized residential identity tied to the club by name, sufficient to move this anchor from needs_verification to qualifies. Note: this is distinct from LakeRidge Country Club (a separate anchor/club anchoring LakeRidge Country Club Estates) -- do not conflate the two Lubbock private clubs. Initiation fee, annual dues, membership waitlist status, and gated status were not published anywhere found and remain unconfirmed; the club's own membership page (lubbockcc.org/membership) names a Membership Director for inquiries but does not publish fee schedules online. membership_required_for_homeowners is set to 'no' because no source indicates homes in the identified neighborhood require or include club membership -- this looks like a standard proximity-based golf neighborhood, not a bundled/mandatory-membership development.
