Thinking About Living in The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge?

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge opened in 1999 as the Pacific Northwest's first Jack Nicklaus Signature Design and quickly became the private social and golf anchor of Snoqualmie Ridge, a roughly 4,000-home master-planned community built out by Weyerhaeuser's real-estate arm (originally through its Quadrant Homes subsidiary) in the foothills of the Cascades about 25 miles east of Seattle. The club left the PGA Tour's TPC Network and rebranded from 'TPC Snoqualmie Ridge' to its current name in December 2016, but it has continued to host the PGA Tour Champions' Boeing Classic every year since, keeping a live, nationally-televised tournament pedigree that few Puget Sound courses can match.
Snoqualmie Ridge itself functions more like a self-contained town than a single gated subdivision -- it has its own retail, restaurants, medical offices, parks, and roughly 20 miles of trails, and is not gated. The club is described by the community's own marketing as its 'neighborhood focal point and social hub,' with Golf, Sport, and Social membership tiers, but this research could not confirm whether any tier of club access is contractually bundled to, or required by, buying a home in Snoqualmie Ridge -- treat that connection as unresolved until confirmed directly with the club and the community's Residential Owners Association.
Golf & Course
Jack Nicklaus's 1999 design plays to 7,264 yards and par 72 and remains the club's calling card; it has hosted the PGA Tour Champions' Boeing Classic annually, a tournament that continued uninterrupted through the club's December 2016 departure from the TPC Network and rebrand under (at various points) Arcis Golf operation.
