Ansley Golf Club traces to 1912, when real-estate developer Edwin P. Ansley opened Ansley Park Golf Course as part of his innovative Ansley Park residential development, one of the first to promote suburban-style living in Atlanta. What began as a semi-public course with 15-cent green fees became a private club in 1915 and was renamed Ansley Golf Club in 1953. In 1999 the club acquired the 18-hole, Bob Cupp-designed Settindown Creek course in Roswell, giving members access to a 27-hole facility across two locations.
Golf & Course
The Midtown course is a 9-hole layout dating to the club's 1912 origins; Settindown Creek is an 18-hole Bob Cupp design acquired in 1999.
