Connect With a Local Real Estate Specialist

Dunwoody Country Club was chartered by the State of Georgia on March 21, 1969, after 92 charter members of a second, Ansley-affiliated golf property voted to split off, each paying $800 to fund a new corporation that purchased the ~200-acre tract and built the club that exists today. The course opened for limited play in fall 1966 (under the prior ownership) on a Willard Byrd design; the new clubhouse, pool, and four tennis courts opened Labor Day 1970 under Dunwoody Country Club.
