Aldarra Golf Club

Aldarra Golf Club, opened in 2001 on the historic Boeing family's former Aldarra Farm on the eastern slopes of the Sammamish Plateau, is Washington's only Tom Fazio design and one of the most exclusive private clubs in the Seattle area -- membership is by invitation only and explicitly limited to a select number of individuals and families, rather than open application. The par-72, 6,885-yard course is consistently ranked among the state's best and is prized for its views of Mount Si, the Cascades, and the Snoqualmie Valley.

The club sits inside the gated Aldarra Estates neighborhood, a purpose-built enclave of large custom homes on substantial lots, many with direct golf-course or greenbelt frontage, and two private parks reserved for residents. Real-estate sources describe the neighborhood's buyer profile as skewing toward Eastside tech executives and founders. Club membership itself remains invitation-only and is not confirmed as automatically included with or required for an Aldarra Estates home purchase.
